MBBS Year 1 Feedback Form

Assalamualaikum,

To all Zenith members, please fill up this feedback form before Wednesday (13th July). This is just like those forms they give out at the end of exams. So if you've been the type who always leaves the hall early, this is your chance to experience filling out that form! XD

Your ideas and suggestions will be presented to the department on Wednesday, so be sure to suggest the awesomest stuff ever!! what you think will bring a lot of benefit to yourself and your friends.
